Description
The Legal Assistant provides administrative and legal support to attorneys and other professionals at a law firm. Responsibilities include organizing and filing physical and digital documents, drafting low-complexity legal documents under supervision, tracking case progress and deadlines, entering information into client systems, conducting case analysis, preparing legal opinions, and fulfilling court orders. The role requires a high school diploma, ongoing or completed higher education in Law, no active OAB registration, and experience in law firm activities, particularly collections; knowledge of legal systems, Microsoft Office, case organization, and reporting is also required.
