Description
The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative and legal support to attorneys and other professionals at a law firm. Responsibilities include organizing and filing physical and digital documents, drafting low-complexity legal documents, tracking case deadlines and proceedings, updating client systems, conducting case analysis, preparing legal opinions, and fulfilling court orders. The role requires completed high school and higher education in law in progress or completed, with no active OAB registration, and desirable law-firm experience, especially in collections.
