Description
The role provides legal advice and support across the organization, develops and implements compliant policies and procedures, drafts and negotiates contracts, identifies and mitigates legal risks, maintains a risk-management framework, monitors governing developments, and supports corporate governance, board materials, and resolutions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in law, at least four years of corporate law experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
