Edenred is hiring a Legal Counsel to consolidate and support its legal function in Portugal. The role involves preparing and reviewing client and supplier contracts, analyzing legal documents, managing corporate documents, supporting HR employment matters, training teams on legislation, monitoring applicable laws, providing cross-functional legal support, and implementing internal and group policies. The position requires a law degree, Bar Association registration, 1–2 years of corporate or law-firm lawyer experience, contract drafting experience, knowledge of corporate and employment law, and fluency in Portuguese and English.
