Webook is hiring a Legal Associate to support its legal function across multiple jurisdictions during a period of rapid growth and structural transformation. The role covers commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation; corporate governance; regulatory compliance; litigation and dispute resolution; risk management; legal research; and internal legal guidance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in law, 3–5 years of experience, and experience with commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance; multi-jurisdictional experience is advantageous.
