Quantexa is hiring an EMEA Legal Counsel to join its Legal team and report directly to the General Counsel. Based from the London headquarters, the role focuses on EMEA legal matters and business growth while contributing to global initiatives. Responsibilities include advising on strategic risks, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing compliance and reputational risks, supporting corporate governance and data privacy, and coordinating with external counsel. The position requires a qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience, strong commercial judgment, international contract experience, and the ability to work autonomously across multiple jurisdictions.
