Description
The Debt Settlement Paralegal manages assigned debt-collection cases from filing through settlement or dismissal, maintaining case records, tracking deadlines, coordinating with opposing counsel, clients, and debt-management companies, negotiating resolutions, preparing documentation, and supporting attorneys. The role requires prior experience in law-firm administration, case management, collections, or settlement negotiations, along with communication, negotiation, organizational, confidentiality, and remote-work skills. It is a 40-hour-per-week Monday-to-Friday position paid $5 USD per hour for weeks 1–6, $6 USD per hour for weeks 7–12, and $7 USD per hour from week 13 onward.
