Axon is hiring a Corporate Counsel to support EMEA sales teams and global business partners with transactional legal advice, contract structuring, review, negotiation, risk analysis, and process development. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel, requires in-office work four days per week in Madrid, and involves supervising Contracts Managers, maintaining contract templates and playbooks, and supporting contract lifecycle management. Candidates need at least five years of experience negotiating complex commercial contracts, knowledge of EMEA procurement law, a J.D. and bar or UK/EU authorization, and experience with contract processes and related software.
