Description
The role coordinates business management and development activities for a legal-sector firm, including client acquisition and retention, contract drafting and negotiation, market-opportunity identification, performance analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance. It manages strategic client relationships, guides contract negotiations, pursues new business, and supports the firm’s financial sustainability. The position requires an undergraduate degree in law, business administration, commercial management, or a related field, at least six months of legal-sector business-management experience, and experience leading teams and managing contracts and clients.
