GHD Eastern Canada is hiring a Legal Counsel to support internal clients and senior management across its Greater Montreal-area offices. The role involves legal research and analysis, contract review and negotiation, litigation and claims support, commercial and personnel advice, lease matters, and application of internal practices. Candidates must hold a law degree or bachelor’s degree in law, be members of the Quebec Bar, have 5 to 10 years of law-firm or in-house legal experience, and have excellent French communication skills.
