Thunes is hiring a Legal Counsel - Africa to support its Legal and Compliance function by providing legal and contractual advice on regulated payment services, commercial contracting, product development, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory matters, and other substantive legal issues. The role focuses on advising business and central functions, monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining compliance, and supporting legal operations across Africa, with primary communication in English and French. Candidates must have a law qualification, admitted as a solicitor or lawyer, fluent English and French, and at least four years of post-qualification legal experience.
