BCG is hiring a Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracting to advise its Central European operations, with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland, on complex commercial matters and technology-enabled and AI-driven client engagements. The role covers drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on intellectual property, licensing, confidentiality, competition law, compliance, governance, conflicts of interest, and AI-related legal issues, and contributing to contracting standards, legal playbooks, and AI-enabled legal tools. The position requires German qualification and at least five years of commercial contracting experience, along with fluent German and English.
