Description
Check Point Software Technologies is hiring a Legal Counsel to manage the contracting cycle, negotiate sales and other agreements, support HR employment practices, and provide litigation support. The role requires experience in commercial and high-tech law across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, a JD from an accredited law school, familiarity with software and product sales contracts, and strong contract development and negotiation skills. Cybersecurity, export-regulations, marketing or sales support, and Microsoft Word and Excel experience are preferred or relevant.
