Description
Databricks is hiring a Legal Counsel to support its EMEA commercial legal function. Reporting to the Director & Assistant General Counsel, EMEA Commercial Legal, the role reviews, drafts, and negotiates commercial agreements such as MCSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms; supports contract management and sales teams; escalates legal issues; and helps improve legal processes through AI tools and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires a bachelor's degree, qualification as a lawyer or equivalent, approximately three years of post-qualification experience, in-house SaaS or private-practice experience, enterprise contract negotiation experience, CRM and contract-management-system familiarity, and a willingness to adopt AI tools.
