Docebo is hiring a Legal Counsel to own the negotiation and management of its commercial contract ecosystem end to end. The role advises Sales, Dealdesk, Partnership, Security, and Finance teams; manages master service agreements, partnership agreements, statements of work, SLAs, software service addendums, AI terms, NDAs, and other client contracts; drafts and refines legal terms and templates; conducts forensic contract reviews; supports RFP and tender responses; maintains contract records; and coordinates training on contract standards. The position requires a JD or LLB, admission to practice law in the United Kingdom, and at least three years of in-house counsel experience, with SaaS/tech experience preferred.
