Description
Payhawk is hiring an in-house generalist lawyer to serve as the company's primary legal partner across commercial contracts, payment-services regulation, vendor agreements, data protection, disputes, and employment matters. The role owns legal processes and AI-assisted workflows, drafts and negotiates client and partner contracts, reviews vendor agreements, advises the business, and escalates specialist matters to outside counsel. It requires a qualified lawyer with at least five years of post-qualification experience, significant in-house counsel experience in technology or regulated financial services, cross-jurisdictional experience, and strong commercial communication skills.
