Description
Securitize is hiring a Legal Counsel to provide legal and regulatory support for digital assets, tokenized securities, and related products. The role advises on securities and SEC-regulated-entity matters, supports compliance and regulatory initiatives, coordinates external counsel, reviews and negotiates agreements, and helps maintain legal and compliance policies. It is a fully remote position requiring a JD, an active U.S. state bar membership, and 3–7 years of relevant legal experience, including experience with digital assets or blockchain-based financial products and SEC-regulated entities.
