Description
The Legal Counsel Contracting role owns the end-to-end commercial contracting process and reports to the General Counsel. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating local and international contracts; developing standard templates, negotiation playbooks, and governance processes; advising on contract risk, liability, intellectual property, and warranties; and collaborating with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Quality & Compliance, and regulatory authorities. The role requires a master's degree in law, at least five years of commercial contracting experience, expertise in international and corporate law, and strong negotiation and drafting skills in English.
