IPRoyal is hiring a Legal Counsel (Corporate & Tax) to manage corporate and group-structure matters across multiple jurisdictions, including entity lifecycle changes, register updates, UBO filings, intragroup agreements, and coordination with external advisors. The role also supports VAT and tax registrations, withholding tax, permanent establishment, and economic substance matters, while serving as a point of contact for the sales team. The position is permanent and hybrid, with work from the office, hybrid, or remote from Lithuania, and offers a gross monthly salary of €3,800–4,500.
