Alliance Defending Freedom is hiring a Director of Blackstone Professional Development to lead the summer legal fellowship’s professional development function. The role owns intern and Fellow assessments, curriculum design, clerkship advising, employer and alumni relationships, placement strategy, advisor-network development, and staff leadership. It requires a J.D., an active U.S. state bar license, at least five years of legal experience after the J.D., federal appellate or district court clerkship experience, public- and private-sector legal experience, professional network development, complex program management, and staff leadership experience. The position is based in Lansdowne, Virginia, or Dallas, Texas, with 25% or more travel, and offers a Virginia salary range of $127,200 to $219,300 USD plus medical and dental insurance and other benefits.
