Satispay is hiring a Legal Counsel to provide high-level legal guidance in the fintech sector, focusing on payments, e-money, and consumer credit products. The role covers product development support, legal and regulatory risk assessment, compliance with regulations such as PSD2, AML/KYC, e-money rules, and CCD2, and advisory work for senior leadership. Candidates should be qualified lawyers with at least five years of professional experience, strong fintech and payments regulatory knowledge, analytical judgment, and English fluency. The position requires relocation to the Luxembourg office and follows a hybrid working policy with three days per week in the office.
