Norm Ai is hiring a Legal Engineer- Agent Deployment to serve as a regulatory and compliance legal expert for client engagements involving complex compliance and regulatory challenges. The role guides client onboarding and lifecycle engagement, translates legal and regulatory issues into actionable insights, prepares presentations and collateral, coordinates with internal teams, and contributes to product enhancements. Candidates need a Juris Doctor, four years of financial-sector regulatory enforcement and compliance experience, and extensive experience with legal technology and Microsoft Office tools. The position is based in New York City on a hybrid model with four to five days in the office and significant on-site client deployments.
