Description
American Tower is seeking a Legal Intern to support its U.S. Tower division’s Legal department. The intern will conduct legal research and writing, review and analyze agreements, prepare legal documents under supervision, support contract negotiations, perform due diligence, and assist with matters involving contracting, compliance, zoning, mergers and acquisitions, environmental issues, and land-related matters. The role requires enrollment in an ABA-accredited Juris Doctor program, a minimum law school GPA of 3.0, strong communication skills, and self-motivation; prior real estate-related coursework or work experience is preferred.
