Description
Lambda is hiring a Legal Intern to support its Commercial and Corporate Legal teams on in-house matters, including customer, vendor, NDA, M&A, financing, and public-company readiness transactions. The intern will help draft and validate NDAs and vendor-agreement triage playbooks, build clause and template libraries, develop AI-assisted intake workflows, create negotiation response templates, and assist with onboarding a new contract lifecycle management platform. The role requires a current JD pursuit, contracts coursework, strong legal writing and analytical skills, and at least one day per week in the San Francisco office.
