Description
Parallel is hiring a solo Legal Counsel to build its legal function from scratch in its healthcare AI business. The role owns commercial contracts, DPAs, client legal questionnaires, GDPR and health-data compliance, corporate matters, external-counsel coordination, and compliance documentation, while reporting directly to the CEO and working with Finance, Sales, and external counsel. It is based in Paris and requires a qualified French-bar or equivalent lawyer with 3–6 years of experience, strong B2B technology contract and compliance skills, and fluency in French and English.
