Co-op is hiring a full-time Legal Manager - Probate to lead and develop a team of senior and lead case managers in its probate operations team. The role covers line management, performance targets, legal and technical audit support, client service, continuous improvement, and departmental change. Candidates need excellent technical probate knowledge, the ability to mentor experienced colleagues, strong analytical skills, and effective use of management information. The position is hybrid, with office locations in Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield, or Stratford-upon-Avon, and offers £46,000 to £48,000 plus benefits; visa sponsorship is not offered.
