The District is hiring a Legal Office Administrator/Senior Paralegal to provide substantive legal support across contracts, labor and employment, regulatory compliance, litigation, real estate, and risk management. The role conducts legal research, prepares and reviews legal documents, supports litigation and discovery, coordinates court and administrative filings, and provides confidential administrative support to the General Counsel/CLO. It also supervises legal support staff and coordinates office workflows, records, document management, calendars, and budget activities. The position requires an associate degree or paralegal certificate, five years of progressively responsible legal support experience including at least one year of lead or supervisory experience, and availability outside regular business hours.
