Redesign Group is hiring a Legal Operations Coordinator to support customer and vendor onboarding, export compliance for international hardware shipments, and first-pass review and negotiation of NDAs and Statements of Work. The role coordinates with Corporate Counsel, Sales, Finance, and Engineering; manages partner and vendor agreements; tracks contract lifecycles; and escalates non-standard terms or compliance issues. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, vendor management, or a similar operational role, along with familiarity with channel models, OEM partner programs, and technology reseller workflows. Preferred qualifications include VAR or IT solutions provider experience, EAR/ITAR exposure, government procurement knowledge, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
