Datadog is hiring an experienced Legal Operations Manager to partner with legal and non-legal stakeholders to scale, modernize, and automate the global legal team’s operations. The role owns end-to-end legal processes, improves and automates workflows, manages legal technology and AI tools, supports outside counsel operations, creates SOPs, analyzes data, and coordinates cross-functional projects. Candidates should have at least six years of contract, program, or project management experience, familiarity with program management tools, and hands-on experience evaluating or deploying AI and automation tools in a legal or business operations context. The position is hybrid and offers a yearly salary of $96,000–$128,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
