Earthjustice is hiring a full-time Legal Operations Manager to oversee legal practice systems, compliance and risk management, and a team of Legal Operations Analysts. The role administers matter and case databases, time and billing systems, conflicts and ethical wall processes, reporting, workflow improvements, legal technology, and related training. It is a supervisory position that can be remote from the contiguous United States or hybrid, with a preference for San Francisco or Washington, D.C. for hybrid applications. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant experience, and expertise in legal practice systems, Intapp, project management, data analytics, and change management. Annual salaries range from $96,000 to $125,500 depending on location, with applications due by August 24, 2026.
