Description
Omnea is hiring a Legal Operations Manager to run a 3–6-month contract and build the systems, processes, and tooling for its Legal function as the company scales across multiple markets. Reporting to the Head of Legal, the role owns contracting workflows, legal technology, templates and playbooks, KPI reporting, external counsel management, knowledge administration, and cross-functional deal-desk and approval processes. The position is available in the UK or the US, requires legal-operations experience and strong project-management and systems-thinking skills, and involves in-person work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
