Hex is hiring a Legal Operations Manager to own and scale the company’s legal operations infrastructure. The role covers contract lifecycle management administration, workflow and template optimization, standard-agreement review and redlining, legal intake, governance records, outside counsel relationships, legal technology, and AI-powered workflows and agents. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management, including at least 1–2 years in-house at a technology or SaaS company, along with CLM implementation, commercial-agreement review, and AI/automation experience. The role offers a total rewards package including salary, equity, health benefits, and paid time off, with a stated salary range of $124,125 to $165,500.
