Description
Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is hiring an on-site legal proofreader to perform cold and full reads, verify transcription, grammar, citations, defined terms, and cross-references, prepare financial printer proofs, create and annotate PDFs, conduct manual redlining and blacklining, proofread audio and video transcriptions, and coordinate proofreading requests. The role works Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and requires at least five years of law-firm proofreading experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The expected base salary is $75,500–$77,000 per year.
