Microsoft is hiring a Legal Services Strategy Program Manager to own the day-to-day execution of its outside counsel engagement operating model. The individual contributor role manages law firm and supplier onboarding, annual rate-card negotiations, RFPs, conflict waivers, billing and invoice compliance, reporting, vendor relationships, and the CELA CLE program. The position requires a bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field plus 6+ years of program management, process management, or process improvement experience, and offers a base salary of USD $116,900–$203,600 per year across the United States, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
