Wordsmith is hiring a Legal Solutions Engineer to work with customers after purchase, designing and configuring legal workflows and automation, leading implementation projects, advising legal and legal operations teams, supporting onboarding and expansion, and surfacing product feedback. The role requires experience in legal technology, legal operations, or process transformation, along with strong customer-facing communication and the ability to manage projects across legal and technical domains. The position is based in an in-office team in Edinburgh, with London also listed.
