Description
The Legal Systems Program Manager will serve as the business-side product owner for ACP’s Salesforce-based Case Management System and related legal operations platforms. The role designs, tests, documents, implements, and continuously improves workflows, dashboards, reports, automation, user guidance, training, and system reliability; coordinates with MOCJ Information Technology, vendors, legal providers, and internal stakeholders; and supports data quality, compliance, change management, and operational oversight. The position may require occasional travel within the five boroughs of New York City.
