The role involves recommending and configuring legal technology solutions, analyzing tool usage, implementing new tools, collaborating with Product Management and IT, supporting power users, gathering feedback, and staying current on legal technology trends. Candidates need at least four years of experience implementing and supporting advanced legal technologies, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work from the office at least three days per week.
