IP Services is hiring a Legal Trainee for an attorneys’ or elective placement focused on commercial legal protection and intellectual property. The role involves supporting ongoing mandates and projects, conducting rights searches, evaluating patents, trademarks, designs, and rights portfolios, preparing IP-related statements and expert opinions, learning organizational and procedural processes, using the case-management software ra-micro, and independently handling selected responsibilities under professional guidance. Candidates must have successfully completed the first state examination, show interest in commercial legal protection and industrial property rights, and demonstrate analytical, independent, and collaborative working skills.
