ISS is hiring a full-time Leinster Village Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of village and town services in the remote mining community of Leinster, Western Australia. The role oversees retail, hospitality, accommodation, recreation, and camp administration services; leads and develops a team of more than 50 employees; manages P&L performance, budgets, costs, safety, compliance, reporting, and resident experience; and works on a four-days-on, three-days-off FIFO roster from Perth. The position requires relevant facilities, village, hospitality, retail, or mining-camp operations experience, strong operational and commercial leadership skills, HSE and compliance knowledge, HR and industrial relations experience, police clearance, and a pre-employment medical.
