Gain is hiring a Lenders Team Lead to own the end-to-end Lenders data domain across BDCs, broadly syndicated loans, corporate bonds, CLOs, and MML. The role serves as a subject matter expert on credit and fixed-income data, shapes the product roadmap, integrates vendor data, resolves data-modeling issues, optimizes data workflows with AI and automation, manages delivery priorities, and hires, coaches, and manages Analysts and Senior Analysts. The position requires at least six years of relevant experience, strong project and people-management skills, and is based in Gain's Bangalore office on a flexible hybrid model.
