Compeer Financial is hiring a hybrid Client Services and Loan Servicing Associate based in the Onalaska, Wisconsin office. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients, handles monetary accounting, loan renewals, account maintenance, document processing, payments, compliance, and office operations, while also supporting the sales team and contact center. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 0–5 years of client service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; financial-institution experience, agricultural knowledge, accounting knowledge, and knowledge of Compeer’s loan products are preferred. The position offers up to 50% remote work, benefits, and a base pay range of $42,300 to $66,600 USD.
