Description
Allica Bank is hiring a Lending Servicing Officer to manage in-life servicing requests for commercial lending customers, including early settlements, redemptions, product switches, loan restructures, account amendments, customer maintenance, and general loan administration. The role owns customer enquiries from receipt through resolution, maintains accurate records, supports portfolio servicing, identifies operational risks, and contributes to process improvement and AI-enabled automation. It requires prior lending operations, loan servicing, or financial services experience, strong customer service and communication skills, knowledge of lending products and conduct risk principles, and IT and systems proficiency.
