The Lens Workshop Manager will supervise and coordinate the operation of a lens workshop, assign production tasks, manage materials inventory, maintain quality standards, and resolve production incidents. The role requires high school or technical high school education, leadership and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and on-site availability.
