TPI is hiring experienced Letterpress Operators in Pennsauken, New Jersey to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Kluge and Heidelberg cylinder presses for die cutting, embossing, and foil stamping. The role requires attention to quality, production schedules, safety, and equipment maintenance, and is available on first, second, or third shifts for full-time or part-time employment. Applicants should have at least two years of successful letterpress machine-operator experience in a bindery setting, with additional bindery equipment experience preferred. The pay range is $24-$35 per hour, with compensation dependent on experience and industry knowledge.
