Description
The Level 1 Assembler performs manual and semi-automated assembly of surgical device components in a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include blade bending and assembly, deburring, tumbling, polishing, grinding, heat treating, bead blasting, laser marking, passivation, ultrasonic cleaning, packaging for inventory, visual inspection, production documentation, and use of hand tools and measurement devices. The role requires adherence to work instructions, GMP, PPE, safety and quality standards, cleanroom procedures, and repetitive manual tasks.
