The Assistant Store Manager will assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations of a small franchise, including pizza assembly, delivery, customer service, and store management. The role is full-time, offers flexible schedules and hourly or weekly pay, and requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position involves physical work such as standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, and handling food and cleaning chemicals, along with basic computer, math, bookkeeping, communication, organization, and team-building skills.
