Description
The role provides Level 1 operational support for DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, infrastructure, containers, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include monitoring build and deployment jobs, troubleshooting pipeline and application issues, managing repositories and monitoring alerts, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams, maintaining runbooks and incident records, and supporting production, staging, UAT, and development environments. The position requires knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, ITSM, and incident management, and involves 24/7 shift-based remote or onsite support.
