First Student is hiring a part-time Level 1 Driver Trainer in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to deliver classroom, skills, and behind-the-wheel training for new and existing school bus drivers, mentor and coach drivers, evaluate performance, maintain training records, and support safety and driver development. The role requires a valid Class 2 or higher license with appropriate endorsements, at least one year of school bus or commercial driving experience, a clean driver abstract, and strong communication and mentoring abilities. The schedule calls for 1–2 hours per day, seven to ten hours per week, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend availability.
