Sanivac is hiring an IT technician to provide first-line support to employees of Groupe Kelly and its companies. The role involves resolving IT issues, preparing and configuring computers and mobile devices, managing user accounts and access in Active Directory and Entra ID, supporting Windows and Microsoft 365, documenting tickets, maintaining IT inventory, and escalating complex issues.
