Description
The Prevention Advisor supports employees and management in creating a safe, healthy, and pleasant workplace; develops safety procedures, risk inventories, training, and compliance monitoring; advises on legal requirements; coordinates with external occupational health and safety services; and supports sustainability reporting. The role requires Level 1 prevention advisor training, relevant experience, Dutch and French communication skills, and regular travel to branches throughout Belgium. It can be performed full-time or at 80% or 90%, with an average of one day per week from home, and includes benefits such as meal vouchers, leave, insurance, and a car and fuel card.
